Founder and Owner

Alex Rivera

Alex Rivera came to the United States in 1992 in pursuit of the American Dream.


He spent his early years in the inner cities of New York, Philadelphia, and New Jersey before completing trade school and moving south to Tennessee in 1997 to attend Lee University. After graduating, Alex entered the trades industry, where he developed both his skills and his passion for serving others.


In 2020, the Rivera family founded Rivco Construction—built on faith, family values, and a commitment to community.


As a family-owned and operated business, Rivco is proud to support first responders, veterans, and educators through honest work and meaningful service. In just five years, the company has helped over 900 families across the greater Chattanooga area with custom home builds, renovations, roofing, and comprehensive home improvement solutions.
